Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to address all client needs.

The role emphasizes local growth, community outreach, and delivering end-to-end Intuit services in a trusted, personalised manner. You will engage with personal and business tax scenarios, support clients across in-person and virtual channels, and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required
• 3+ years preparing 1040s with professional software
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week at a TurboTax location
• Willing to complete training and development
• Willing to wear uniforms and have name used in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term advisory engagements
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools
