Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring a part-time TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and help clients navigate personal and business tax needs.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building local relationships and contributing to community growth.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax expertise and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual channels.
