Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and proactive client guidance.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, build local relationships, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite presence required, 20+ hours/week, during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to deliver end-to-end support.
