Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end client solutions. You’ll be a local ambassador, attracting new clients and building long-term relationships through community events and targeted outreach, using TurboTax tools to grow a

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; content creation encouraged.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Act as local growth driver, building a client base and community partnerships.
• Develop relationships to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
