Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support with software tools while engaging with local clients and the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow a local client base, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development for additional services.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build trusted relationships through tax engagements and client meetings to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax planning and long-term financial goals.
