Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Attorney with tax prep expertise; strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base with grassroots marketing.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax-related questions.
