Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax situations while coordinating with a wider team of specialists.

You will also act as a community ambassador, growing local clients through outreach, events, and partnerships, leveraging Intuit tools to support clients’ year-round financial needs.

Qualifications

• Strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with defined hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping and payroll solutions.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering proactive tax guidance and trusted advisement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and online client meetings.
