Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for a diverse client base, including individuals and small businesses. In addition to tax work, you will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services—while growing the local client base through community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Contribute to local market growth through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit customer experience in-person and virtually.
