Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advisory, collaborate with a team of specialists, and help grow the local client base while delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will engage in personal and business tax scenarios, leverage marketing tools, and build long-term relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, amendments; deliver tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base with grassroots outreach and collaboration with marketing.
