Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, handling a wide range of personal and business tax scenarios while expanding the local client base. As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem and deliver end-to-end support in a dynamic community setting, building lasting

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes per IRS.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 local time; weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing initiatives.
