Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will engage with local communities, grow the client base, and build long-term relationships, leveraging marketing resources to foster prosperity for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for personal and small business clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering high-quality service.
