Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect customers to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Formación

• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
