Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services.

You will work with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios while understanding their complete financial picture. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with a team of specialists, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning solutions within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA designation with tax prep expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite, with 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and network.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and gather client context for end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
