Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation, advice, and software support. Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools.
