Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless client experience. You will grow the local client base, engage the community with financial literacy events, and provide ongoing tax planning and support using Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing experience with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
