Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice while collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and drive loyalty through in-person and virtual support, tax planning, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, M–F, min 20 hrs/week.
• Interest in local community growth and cross-services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
• Utilize marketing tools and TurboTax resources to drive client engagement.
