Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to offer comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at a TurboTax office.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and foster loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address holistic needs.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and deliver a best-in-class experience.
