Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients in a local, on-site setting. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.

You will also drive local growth, build relationships, and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney licenses preferred.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
