Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, grow the local client base, and coordinate with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end TurboTax service.

The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, offering broader Intuit services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparat ion experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 provisions.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear tax guidance.
