Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax prep, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll help grow local client bases, act as a community ambassador, and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with a focus on personal connections and excellent service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, 20 hours/week, weekdays.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Guide clients through year-round tax planning and technology-enabled experiences.
