Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support a broader team across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and participate in marketing efforts to grow TurboTax’s footprint while delivering end-to-end, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
