Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice while also growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships. You will collaborate with a broad set of specialists to deliver end-to-end service, engaging with customers in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals, building long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service.
• Engage with the community and represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts.
