Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with specialists for a complete financial picture. You’ll be a local ambassador, grow the client base, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Assist clients in complex tax scenarios and offer future tax planning guidance.
