Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with a wider team to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience. In this role you’ll build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and represent Intuit in marketing and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
