Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll grow a local client base through community engagement, organize outreach, and build relationships while supporting customers through personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
Training, uniforms, and branding usage required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via tech tools.
