Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with clients in person at a TurboTax location, while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a complete Intuit experience. Responsibilities include growing the local client base, organizing community events, and leveraging marketing tools to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and events, and build relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
