Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex tax needs. You will also act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing and software tools to create ongoing engagement and referrals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ 1040s per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Skills

EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney tax prep

PTIN active

3+ years federal/state 1040 returns

Onsite work in TurboTax office

Willing to upskill across services

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
