Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships. You will collaborate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Must have active tax credentials (EA/CPA or attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base via outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Represent TurboTax with professionalism and customer-centric service.
