Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, from personal to business returns, while growing the local client base through community outreach and referrals.

You will connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to provide year-round support and a best-in-class

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business)
• Ability to analyze complex tax situations and provide planning guidance
• Willingness to grow client base through community outreach and partnerships
• Onsite presence and flexible hours to support peak periods like tax season

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop and nurture local relationships to grow the client base and brand presence.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools and video.
• Attend community events and lead educational sessions on tax topics.
