Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and broad tax advisory services while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. Responsibilities include in-person and virtual client support, cross-selling related Intuit services, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through collaboration with a network of specialists.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Advise on personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and referrals to build loyalty and revenue.
