Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle in-person and virtual client engagements, providing tax preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with a wider team to deliver end-to-end service. You will also grow the local client network, participate in community outreach, and connect customers to related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN on file to file taxes in compliance with law.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios including personal and business income.
• Facilitate tax reviews and planning using government resources and team expertise.
• Engage with clients to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community presence and marketing tools.
