Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax return preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations.

You’ll serve clients in person and virtually, deliver accurate tax solutions, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You’ll grow a local client base, participate in community events, and embody a client‑first mindset to drive trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws; willingness to upskill into additional service types

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Build local growth by attracting new clients and forming community partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain long-term client relationships
