Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and building local relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, cross-team collaboration, and growth of TurboTax client base, with consistent hours on-site and post-season opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Strong tax preparation knowledge and ability to advise across personal and business taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit tax services.
• Develop client relationships and provide year-round support across Intuit ecosystem.

Education

EA (Enrolled Agent) / CPA / Practicing Attorney credential
