Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. As a local community ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, build relationships, and participate in community events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file taxes, provide tax advice, and handle simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams within Intuit.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with clients and specialists.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience through professional conduct and guidance.
