Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, handling complex scenarios and connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem.

This role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and high-quality service, starting with a base of strong tax knowledge and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, for personal and business returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships within the community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to connect clients with full Intuit solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences, guiding clients to achieve financial goals.
