Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will engage with clients in-person and through virtual tools, connecting them to related Intuit services while fostering local growth and lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with training and development as required
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma)
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing tax-related questions
