Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services at our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will build a local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

The role emphasizes community engagement, event hosting, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment with potential for growth within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
