Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients in local markets.

You will act as a community ambassador, build a local client base through outreach and events, and connect clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax filing. This is a on-site, full-time role requiring availability during typical business hours and a proactive, customer‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Maintain active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local customer base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and coordinate community engagement.
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and proactive tax advice.
