Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site and virtual tax services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team for comprehensive financial solutions. You’ll act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
