Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, joining a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while building local client relationships.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, work with marketing resources, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and rapport.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
