Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and act as the local face of TurboTax in your community. Responsibilities include uncovering deductions, minimizing liabilities, and guiding clients through personal and business tax needs while linking them with the broader Intuit ecosystem

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, Mon–Fri during 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on trust and long-term relationships.
