Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will service in-person and virtual clients, delivering accurate tax solutions and guiding them through complex scenarios with support from the wider Intuit ecosystem. You will grow a local client base, build relationships, and coordinate with specialists to offer bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, while maintaining a high

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and complete training.
• Openness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory.
• Must reside in the United States; bilingual Spanish advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to offer comprehensive financial services.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Represent TurboTax in the local community and events.
