Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while cultivating a growing local client base and collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You will engage with clients through in-person meetings and virtual sessions, delivering end-to-end tax services and cross-selling related Intuit offerings.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax preparation for clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit Ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
