Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and connecting customers with a broader suite of Intuit services.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end experiences, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and plan for the future in a personable, client-focused manner.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week min.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience through collaboration with specialists.
