Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns while engaging with local clients and building relationships.

In collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, you will ensure a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience and contribute to community growth through local events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax advisory and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Ability to identify deductions, taxes, and planning opportunities for individuals and small businesses.
• Experience with W-2s, 1099s, amendments, and complex tax scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Collaborate with Intuit specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
