Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a broad team of specialists, grow the local client base through community outreach, and ensure an end-to-end, client-centered experience while following training and onsite hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Help grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive client experience.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and planning for future taxes.
