Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base through outreach and events, acting as the local face of TurboTax and delivering end-to-end experiences for year-round financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Develop local growth via outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
