Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and end-to-end preparation services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite with a team, guiding clients through personal and business tax needs while leveraging Intuit resources across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a superior customer experience using in-person and video tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; training and compliance requirements apply.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name/photo.
• Interest in building local/community presence and creating tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Actively build and grow a local client base through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, advisory services).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Organize local events/workshops to raise brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service across the ecosystem.
