Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients through outreach and events, and maintain a high standard of customer care across in-person and video consultations.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite role at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Uniforms provided and advertising use of name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
