Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location nationwide. You will provide full-service tax prep, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and partnerships within your community.

You’ll collaborate with a team covering bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a complete, end-to-end Intuit experience. A strong knowledge of tax laws and client-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill to broader services with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews with clients.
• Grow local client base and build community relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.
